I had a problem with my order and contacted them pretty much right away. It took days, days, to get an actual response, and when they did reply, it mostly felt like the same copied message over and over.

They kept asking me for information I had already sent, which was so annoying. I sent it, explained it, sent it again, and still didn’t get a clear update or any real solution.

I know mistakes happen, and I’m usually understanding, but this was just handled badly. Really badly. After this experience, I don’t think I’d order from Wholesome again

I tried Wholesome once and it was fine overall, but I can’t say I felt completely confident using it. A few things weren’t super clear, so I ended up double-checking stuff on my own. Nothing bad happened or anything, but it just didn’t give me that sense of trust. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless they make things a bit clearer, because it just felt..

I’ve ordered from wholesome.co a few times now, and overall it’s been decent. The main thing that bugs me is the potency doesn’t always feel consistent from one batch to the next. Some bottles seem to work noticeably better than others, which is REALLY annoying when you’re trying to stick to a routine. Shipping was fine and the website is easy enough to use, but I really wish the consistency was better. Giving it 3 stars for now...

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but the loyalty points don’t really feel worth it. As a regular customer, you’d think they’d add up to something decent or at least make you feel a little appreciated, but nope. It’s like you keep coming back, spending money, collecting these points, and then when you finally check what they’re good for, it’s basically nothing exciting. Kind of frustrating, honestly.

I ordered from Wholesome thinking the stuff would be decent, but I was disappointed. The quality felt cheap and nothing like what I expected from the photos. One of the items even showed up a bit damaged, and after trying to use it anyway, it didn’t hold up for long. What made it more frustrating was that I couldn’t seem to get any actual human contact about it, just the usual automated runaround. For the money, it really wasn’t worth it.

Wholesome.co was okay overall. I liked how easy it was to place an order, and a few of the items were actually good quality. But after everything showed up, I was sitting there wondering if I’d really gotten my money’s worth.

Some of the portions felt small for the price, and that made me feel kind of trapped, like I’d already paid for it so I had to just make the best of it. It’s not bad, just average for the value. I’d probably only order again if there was a discount.

It was clean enough overall, but I wouldn’t say it was spotless. The floors looked okay, but some of the shelves definitely needed a wipe-down. Just a heads up if you’re expecting everything to be perfectly cleaned.

I’ve ordered from them twice now, and both times the delivery showed up late with almost no updates along the way. I ended up having to contact support myself just to figure out what was going on, which felt like extra work I shouldn’t have to do after placing an order. If you actually need your stuff to arrive on a specific day, I wouldn’t count on them.

The communication was poor. I placed my order and then barely got any clear information about when it was actually going to arrive. The emails I did get were vague and didn’t really tell me anything useful.
I ended up having to keep checking things myself, and even then I couldn’t tell if it was delayed or already on the way. For a paid delivery, I don’t think that’s acceptable, and I’d rather avoid the hassle next time.

The stuff itself was good, so no complaints there, but the delivery took longer than I thought it would. I wasn’t really prepared to keep checking for updates and rearranging my day around it, which added some unexpected stress...

I tried wholesome.co for a few weeks and... i didn’t notice any real difference. I followed the directions and gave it some time, but I felt pretty much the same the whole way through. For the price, I guess I expected to feel at least a small change. It just didn’t work for me, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I used a promo code once and saved a little, which was nice. But i was kind of confused because some of the other “deals” just looked like regular prices to me. Not bad, just not really anything amazing.

I was really hoping there would be more to choose from, but once again the selection felt limited. A lot of the stuff I was looking for just wasn’t there, and the few options they did have didn’t really catch my interest. It’s kind of frustrating running into the same issue again. Disappointing overall.

Trying to place an order was more frustrating than it needed to be. The pages were loading slowly, the cart was confusing, and I kept having to go back and redo things just to change one item. It felt like way too much work for something that should’ve been simple, and I ended up giving up before I could even finish. The whole process really needs to be easier

Shipping and packaging were totally fine. I’d give it 3 stars since it does work, but I’d feel better if the dosing was a bit more consistent.

My order arrived with the box completely smashed, and one of the bags had split open. There was stuff everywhere, like everywhere. This was my first time ordering from Wholesome, and the packaging just wasn’t good enough.
